What is your management style?

I firmly believe in empowering and inspiring my team by acknowledging and leveraging their unique strengths. At the same time, I focus on clear goals and a structured work environment to achieve the best results.

 

Can you describe how you make quick decisions under pressure, and how you handle it?

I immediately assemble a team with all relevant stakeholders, evaluate the available alternatives, and make a decision that allows to continue operations seamlessly. Communication is crucial in such situations.

 

What’s your favorite productivity hack or time-saving tip that you’ve discovered in your career?

The key to productivity is not just starting, but consistently taking steps to finish what you’ve begun. In short: Start finishing.

 

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received about leadership or management?

Listen before you speak. As a leader, it’s crucial to listen to my team’s perspectives and ideas before making decisions. This fosters collaboration and leads to better outcomes.

 

What skills or qualities do you think are essential for a successful CMO?

The essential skills and qualities for a successful CMO are: creativity to develop innovative marketing strategies, analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions, communication to inspire teams, and a strong customer focus to build long-term relationships and ensure the company’s success.

 

You have a family life with kids. How do you manage to strike a balance between your role as a CMO and your family life?

As a female CMO and mother, I find balance between work and family through prioritization, efficient time management, a strong team, workplace flexibility, and self-care. These approaches allow me to succeed in both, supported by my family.
