Position title
Technical Lead (m/f/d)
Description
To strengthen our team in Goa, India.
Responsibilities
- Experience as Team Lead responsible for end to end execution of project while handling development & testing teams.
- Experience in Facilitating daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies for scrum team. Work with product owners to groom the backlog, story estimation and plan sprints. Track, escalate and remove impediments. Report at Scrum of Scrum meetings. Track burn down, issues and progress. Work with component teams to resolve issues.
- Extensively involved in all SDLC phases like performing feasibility study, requirements gathering, designing, coding, unit and integration testing, deployment, code reviews and providing support to client.
- Proficient in Java, J2EE, JMS, Restful and SOAP web services
- Experience In Maven / Gradle / Ant
- Worked in an agile environment and understands scrum processes.
- Performance Optimization experience
Qualifications
- Core java / J2EE / JAVA FX / Swing
- Experienced in Architectural design (UML Diagrams), Design patterns ,multithreading and collections
- Experienced in handling a team, getting the work done in time and budget
- Experienced in working in an AGILE environment
- Good in estimations and management
- Degree in engineering (Computers, Information technology or Computer Science) or an equivalent Masters degree in Computer Application
PREFERRED CANDIDATES:
- Knowledge of Tortoise SVN / Subversion, Apache
- Worked with JIRA, Confluence
- Bamboo for automatic build processes
- Worked in product Development
- 10+ years experience
